This explains what 250 UniPay (250unipay.com.au) collects about you and what we do with it.
What we collect
- From the registration form: your name, email, mobile, state, the bookmakers you have accounts with, and anything you write in the message box. We also record the IP address and country the form was sent from, to keep out spam.
- If you upload ID with the form: the photos or files you upload, including a selfie of you holding your ID if you provide one.
- If you ask a question: your name if you give it, your email or mobile, and your question.
- If you register through a friend's link: which partner referred you, so we can pay them.
- If you become a partner: the details needed to open and verify betting accounts in your name with Sportsbet and other bookmakers, such as your date of birth, address and ID.
How we use it
To assess your registration, contact you, open and run the account, and pay you.
Who it goes to
- Your registration is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and sent to our team's Slack.
- Uploaded ID is encrypted and stored with Cloudflare. Only we can open it, and it is never sent by Slack or email. We use it only because bookmakers must verify that every account belongs to a real person before it can be operated and used to place bets. We delete it once we've finished verifying the accounts we open for you.
- Your partner details go to Sportsbet, and to any other online bookmaker we open an account with for you, to open and verify those betting accounts.
We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.
Seeing, correcting or deleting it
You can ask us to delete your ID at any time. Email info@250unipay.com.au. If you're not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
